Terms & Conditions
MAD Members Club is operated by WE ARE MAD GUIDE S.L. · Madrid, Spain. Version 2 · Last updated 13 May 2026. By completing the Stripe checkout for any MAD membership, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.
1. Who We Are
The owner of the website https://madmembersclub.com and the App is the company WE ARE MAD GUIDE S.L., registered in Spain, with registered office at Paseo Marqués de Zafra 7, Madrid, 28028, Spain, Tax Identification Number (NIF) B67837211, hereinafter referred to as "MAD MEMBERS CLUB" or "we." MAD MEMBERS CLUB is a nightlife concierge service that provides its users access to guest lists, table bookings, curated experiences and benefits at a network of partner venues in the hospitality and nightlife sector.
2. Terms of Use
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and using the Services, you enter into a binding agreement with MAD MEMBERS CLUB. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited right to access and use the Services to obtain the benefits associated with your membership at our partner venues. To access certain Services you must create an account or purchase a membership, providing true, accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it. Only natural persons over the age of 18 are eligible to use MAD MEMBERS CLUB Services.
3. Site Content
All material provided through the Services (text, graphics, images, audio, video, design and data) is protected by intellectual property rights. MAD MEMBERS CLUB owns or is licensed to use such content. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or exploit it without prior written authorization.
4. Memberships
MAD MEMBERS CLUB offers three membership tiers. All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT.
- MAD PASS — €3.99 (one-time, 48 hours): single payment, no recurring charge. Guest list access for the holder plus up to 3 additional guests (4 people total), valid for 48 consecutive hours from activation in any MAD partner venue open during that window.
- MAD ESSENTIAL — €8.99 / month (auto-renewing): guest list access for the holder plus unlimited guests every month, priority placement and preferential queue where offered, access to members-only events, and one birthday per calendar year organised by MAD.
- MAD PRIVÉ — €185 / month (auto-renewing): everything in MAD ESSENTIAL, plus one complimentary bottle per calendar month redeemable exclusively at Magerit or Casa Suecia. Unused bottles do not roll over.
- Promotional vouchers, tickets or QR codes are personal, non-transferable, can only be redeemed once, and are subject to the conditions and expiry rules set by MAD and the partner venue.
5. Venue Access Disclaimer
This is the most important clause — please read it carefully. MAD MEMBERS CLUB provides services such as guest list registration, QR codes and reservations. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating these services (submitting your name to the list, issuing the QR, or processing the reservation). Access to the venue is not guaranteed. Each venue reserves the right of admission and may deny entry at its sole discretion for reasons including age, capacity, dress code, conduct or profile. Payment of a membership fee or receipt of a QR or guest list confirmation does not guarantee entry, and no refund will be issued on these grounds.
6. Payments and Renewals
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. under their own terms; MAD does not store your full card data. MAD ESSENTIAL and MAD PRIVÉ renew automatically on the same day of each calendar month and are charged in advance. MAD PASS is a one-time payment with no renewal. If a renewal payment fails we may retry the charge and suspend benefits; non-payment for more than 7 days results in automatic cancellation.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel any subscription (ESSENTIAL or PRIVÉ) at any time, with no commitment period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of the current paid period — you retain access until the end of the period already paid. To cancel, contact us by WhatsApp at +34 611 337 833 or by email at contact@madmembersclub.com with the subject "Cancellation". Cancellation takes effect within 24 hours of receipt.
8. Refunds
Memberships are services consumed continuously from the moment of activation; under Spanish consumer law the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has begun. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for a technical error in the charge (duplicate payment, wrong plan billed) or our failure to deliver the listing, QR or reservation contracted. Refunds are not granted for denied entry at a venue, closed or cancelled venue events outside our control, personal reasons, or an unused bottle allowance under MAD PRIVÉ.
9. Birthday Service (Essential & Privé)
The included birthday service is organised between the member and the MAD concierge team. We require a minimum of 10 days' notice. The event is subject to venue availability, capacity and final discretion. MAD will propose options based on the member's profile and requested date, and reserves the right to decline a date if no suitable venue is available.
10. Use of Membership
Each membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell or transfer your credentials. When using your guest list privilege, the holder must be physically present with the guests at the venue, and guests must comply with the venue's age, dress and conduct policies. MAD reserves the right to revoke any membership found to be misused, without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
MAD MEMBERS CLUB strives to deliver its services with due care. However, we are not responsible for: third-party websites linked through our Services; a User mistakenly redeeming a voucher or ticket; products, services, descriptions or schedules provided by partner venues (the venue is solely responsible); or service interruptions, technical issues or user device failures. No warranties are given regarding uninterrupted availability or suitability of the Website or App.
12. User Obligations
Users must make proper use of the Website, App and Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Prohibited actions include using false or third-party information for registration or payment, registering more than one account per person, sharing or reselling the membership, using unauthorized payment methods, and engaging in fraudulent activity. MAD reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations, without refund.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual and industrial property rights related to the Website, App and Services belong to MAD MEMBERS CLUB or its licensors. You are not granted ownership of any content, and unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
14. Modifications
MAD MEMBERS CLUB may modify these Terms, the catalogue of partner venues, the price of new subscriptions and the catalogue of benefits at any time. Existing members will be notified by email at least 30 days before any change that materially affects them, and may cancel before the change takes effect.
15. Data and Privacy
MAD MEMBERS CLUB processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and the Spanish LOPDGDD. Our full Privacy Policy is available at madmembersclub.com/privacy. By becoming a member you consent to receive operational communications by email and WhatsApp related to your membership.
16. Communications
All communications and notices may be sent via email at contact@madmembersclub.com, by post to Paseo Marqués de Zafra 7, Madrid, 28028, Spain, or by WhatsApp (concierge) at +34 611 337 833.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and MAD MEMBERS CLUB.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
